Observation on effect of AED trainer-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in standardized training of resident anesthesiologists

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of AED training machine-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the standardized training of anesthesia residents.Methods A total of 48 residents of grade 2022 in the anesthesia base of Henan Provincial People's Hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group adopted the traditional teaching method+advanced resuscitation simulator combined with the monitoring and feedback system and AED training machine,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method+advanced resuscitation simulator combined with the monitoring and feedback system.The theoretical and skill operation assessment scores of the two groups were compared.And the satisfaction survey was conducted.Results There were no significant differences in age(P=1.000),gender(P=0.768),and theoretical assessment scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in skill operation scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of skill learning,teaching method and teaching effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The traditional teaching method+advanced resuscitation simulator combined with the monitoring feedback system and AED training machine can be effectively applied to the daily training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for residents,which can improve the training effect and enable the residents of our base to better master cardiopulmonary resuscitation and effectively apply it in clinical practice.
