Construction and practice of the hierarchical training system for standardized residency training teachers

Abstract：This study aimed to analyze the internal needs of teacher training for standardized residency training and to explore how to build a scientific and standardized tiered training system for teachers.We explored the diversity of faculty roles and requirements in residency training,the phased design of the growth path of the residency faculty,the modular construction of the training curriculum,the multi-dimensional unfolding of the organization forms,the all-round motivation of the faculty enthusiasm,and the cultural implantation of moral education.Combined with the experience of the faculty construction in this center,this paper brings suggestions for the construction of the tiered training system,so as to improve,standardize and innovate standardized residency training.
