Digital healthcare for chronic disease management and teaching practice in general practice

Abstract:Chronic diseases are an important factor affecting human health and quality of life,and chronic disease management is supposed to help improving patients'health and reduce financial pressure on health care.Due to the narrow radiation area of community healthcare or the uneven distribution of medical resources,there are still certain deficiencies in chronic disease management in China.With the rise and development of digital healthcare,a variety of digital systems and platforms have made it feasible and convenient for patients to receive full chronic disease management and increase self-health management.At the same time,digital healthcare can learn from a large amount of real data,and even provide a new direction for disease diagnosis and treatment,which can help to comprehensively cultivate talents in basic theory,clinical practice,etc.Medical practitioners can learn from digital healthcare to help them diagnose and treat diseases more efficiently.With the support of national policies,digital healthcare can make a greater contribution to the management of chronic diseases in general practice,as well as to healthcare services and the cultivation of medical talents.
