Abstract:Objective To introduce the"6 D Rule"in the standardized training of hospital level faculty for resident physicians, and promote the"three transformations"of faculty training, namely the transformation of the demand for residency training faculty positions, the transformation of training content, and the transformation of the intrinsic quality and ability of faculty. Methods Taking teaching ward rounds training as an example, the training was designed into four stages:preparation, training, transformation, and evaluation,to achieve transformation after training and improve training quality. Results After the teaching round training based on the"6 D Rule",a summary evaluation was conducted in the form of teaching supervision. The average score of teachers who received teaching rounds training was 90.00 points, while the average score of teachers who did not receive teaching rounds training was 84.93 points. The training achieved the expected goals. Conclusions The 6 D Rule adopts a systematic thinking approach, focuses on learning transformation and performance improvement, and runs the concept of starting from the end throughout the entire training process, which is conducive to achieving practical results in training.
