Practical exploration of residency training teaching supervision focusing on improving quality and connotation construction

Abstract：Standardized residency training is an important part of the postgraduate education for medical students.Under the background of building Healthy China and talent power,supervision is an important part of the quality control system.However,the teaching supervision in residency training has some problems,such as inadequate supervisory and management structure,unapparent gradient of the supervision team,teachers lacking teaching consciousness and teaching ability,more limited supervision content,incomplete evaluation index system,untimely evaluation feedback and lagging in rectification.This paper mainly introduces the experience of establishing the residency training supervision system from four aspects:improving the organizational structure of supervision management,stepping up supervision;improving policies on incentive mechanisms,improving the comprehensive quality of teachers;enhancing the supervisory team and strengthening supervisory training;improving the construction of information-based platform,taking both online and offline measures,and making full use of the results of supervision.This will provide reference for China to cultivate high-level medical talents.
