Abstract：Objective In the standardized residency training of Traditional Chinese Medicine residents,all residents are required to go to the acupuncture department for rotation.the First Affiliated Hospital of Human University of Chinese Medicine actively practiced and explored how to improve the training quality of resident doctors,especially non-acupuncture doctors in acupuncture and moxibustion departments,and improve their interest and mastery of the basic techniques of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods According to the spirit of national and provincial documents,combined with the actual situation of this hospital,the teaching and management were implemented from the aspects of strengthening hierarchical management,strengthening the construction of teachers,paying attention to subject publicity and education,improving teaching plans,and paying attention to the whole-process assessment.Results Through the"management-teacher-training-assessment"construction of the residency training work of acupuncture and moxibustion,we comprehensively improved the quality of residency training,And the effect was remarkable.Conclusion Actively exploring the effective clinical teaching mode is conducive to improving the quality of residency training,and is of great significance in improving the acupuncture skills of TCM residency training doctors.
