Analysis of influencing factors for standardized training of Traditonal Chinese Medicine residents and its countermeasures

Abstract：Objective To analyze and discuss the influencing factors for standardized training of Traditional Chinese Medicine residents in Henan Province.Methods Through literature analysis,clinical investigation,multi-consultation,we understood the impact of teaching factors,analyzed teachers'teaching problems that might exist,and put forward countermeasures.Results Teachers were the most important factors affecting the teaching level.The treatment of the teachers,the management of the base and the facilities were the important conditions.Conclusion To strengthen teacher training,improve management system,enhance management level,stimulate teaching enthusiasm,increase supporting investment,improve facilities and equipment and improve hardware conditions,is beneficial to improving the teaching level and forming favorable teaching influence factors.
