Implementation and feedback of professional orientation in a training base of radiology

Abstract：Professional orientation is the first step for residents to enter the professional base and plays a critical role in improving the quality of standardized residency training.The training of radiology residents involves multiple equipments and medical systems,and requires more detailed teaching and management than clinical departments.This article systematically introduces the professional orientation in the radiology department,designs the training content that reflects the characteristics of the specialty,adopts various teaching forms such as lectures,videos,hands-on practice,and visits,and obtains suggestions and feedback through symposia,evaluations,and questionnaires to propose a modularized educational process and norms for the professional orientation in the radiology department.
