From the key links to explore the analysis of the application effect of teaching community on improving the standardized training quality of the general resident physicians

Abstract：Objective Taking the key link of the standardized training of general practice residents as the starting point,to explore the methods and approaches to improve the quality of general practice residency training,and evaluate its effect.Methods Relying on the advantages of the regional medical community,and attaching importance to the main role of the general practice resident training base.This reseath focused on the key links of general practice resident training,and aimed to improve its quality.In building a general practice residency education community,this reseath implemented the"top leader"responsibility system,adopted qualitative research methods,listed semi-structured interview outlines,conducted direct and in-depth interviews with research subjects,and evaluated the preliminary effect of this model.Results 97.89%of the subjects held a positive attitude towards the training model of the education community,and believed that it improved the importance of various clinical departments,professional bases and collaborative units.85.71%of the teaching staff thought that the selection standards,admission and elimination mechanism of teachers were specific and reasonable.75.00%of residents believed that training focused on the cultivation of general thinking.42.11%of the management personnel of the residentcy training base worried that hospital leaders were heavy-loaded with daily work,and could not implement the details of the residency training management.And regulatory departments raised concerns about the difficulty in supervision and management.Conclusions Taking the key links of the general practice residency training as the starting point,the implementation of education community has certain advantages.It provides a reference for building high-quality professional bases and cultivating more excellent general physicians.
