Application of hierarchical progressive training mode in standardized training of thoracic and cardiac surgery residents

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical progressive training mode in the standardized training of residents in thoracic and cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 90 residents who studied in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=46)and the control group(n = 44).The theoretical scores,specialized skills operation scores and subjective learning feelings of the two groups were observed.Results The theoretical knowledge scores,specialized skills operation scores and subjective learning feeling of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical progressive training mode has shown obvious advantages in the application of standardized training of residents in thoracic and cardiac surgery,which can improve the professional knowledge and clinical skills of residents.It is a teaching mode worthy of further exploration and promotion.
