Abstract：As the first step of standardized residency training,the quality of professional orientation will affect the efficiency of the standardized training.Given the extensive content and strong professionalism associated with the clinical pathology department,the challenges in achieving a successful professional orientation and enhancing teaching quality are particularly pronounced in this specialty.Combined with the advantages of our professional base and the discipline characteristics of our hospital,the training base of Pathology Department of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University has established a complete,systematic,and professional training process and education system for the professional base.This will greatly improve the training quality of standardized training for residents of this specialty.
