Organizational model of general practice faculty development in Canada and its enlightenments

Abstract：The development of faculty is the guarantee for training talents.The development organizational model for faculty of Canada general practice has a clear hierarchy,orderly division,and specific responsibilities,which has enlightenments for the development of China general practice education.The paper offers three proposals on the aspects of teaching ability,teaching philosophy and teacher's influence so as to improve China general practice,based on the combination of the overview on the organizational structure,the functions and responsibilities for each parts of general practitioners in Canada as well as from the China's status.
