Abstract:Objective To analyze the annual assessment results of residents and explore the relevant factors. Methods The final assessment results of the second and third grades in 2021 were used as an indicator of resident training effectiveness. The gender, age, education, marital status, personnel type, entry test results, attendance at teaching activities and daily training assessments were collected to analyze the influencing factors of training effects. Results The influencing factors of the resident training effectiveness in the residents of grade two included daily theoretical assessment(P=0.002)and daily skill assessment(P=0.023).Daily theoretical assessment(P=0.016),daily skill assessment(P=0.050),and attendance at teaching activities(P=0.017)had a significant impact in the residents of grade three. Conclusion The implementation of standardized daily resident training is closely related to daily clinical work and training.Strengthening supervision and timely adjustment of individualized teaching strategies is conducive to improving the effect of resident training, which is an important measure to achieve"export homogeneity"and enhance the post competence of residents.
