Abstract:Objective To explore the value and function of an evaluation and feedback mechanism in improving the standardized training and teaching activities of residents in the clinical pathology department.Methods A questionnaire was sent to all the residents of the Pathology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from 2019 to 2021 to obtain their satisfaction,opinions and suggestions on the existing teaching activities in the residency training base.After analysis and summary,the form and content of the existing teaching activities were optimized and adjusted according to the actual situation of the residency training base.Results The results of the questionnaire showed that the residents were satisfied with the existing teaching activities.At the same time,some suggestions were put forward,including opening online teaching,participating in the difficult case discussion and increasing the basic knowledge of pathology.Conclusion The residents are satisfied with the existing teaching activities.At the same time,some suggestions have been put forward,including opening online teaching,participating in the difficult case discussion,and increasing the basic knowledge of pathology and doctor-patient communication.
