Status of teaching faculty in standardized residency training of radiology and exploration of 360 degree evaluation

Abstract：The quality and level of the teaching faculty for the standardized residency training are the key factors affecting the training effect.The department of radiology is one of the public platforms for standardized residency training and its faculty managements and standardized teaching are important in improving the training quality of clinical bases.Based on the present condition of the teaching staff and the actual situation of our Department of Radiology,combined with the standardized residency training system in China,the autonomous designed online 360 degree teaching evaluation method was conducted,including peer physicians,junior and senior physicians,technologists'and nurses'evaluation,and self-evaluation.We intended to regulate the teaching staff management,to promote the teaching level and ability and to ensure the quality of the training program.
