Thirteen years'exploration and practice of the Shanghai residency training model for"social people in the industry"

Abstract：Since 2010,Shanghai has launched the standardized training for resident physicians with the core feature of"industry insiders".After more than 10 years'exploration and development,a"five in one"operation mechanism has been formed,which includes organizational management,policies and regulations,quality control,process supervision,and support and guarantee.The characteristics of homogenization,standardization and internationalization has been highlighted and highly recognized by both the industry and beyond.The mechanism has been selected as one of the top ten most influential new healthcare reform measures in China.Next,we will further focus on ideological and cultural construction,improve the quality of education in the base,create a two-way incentive system,pay attention to brand building,and promote the high-quality development of housing and training work.
