Abstract：Objective To analyze the current situation of teachers in general practice clinical bases in Guangxi,and explore how to improve the general practice trainers in underdeveloped areas.Methods Document research and comprehensive methods were used.Results The quelity of teachers in general practice clinical bases greatly affected the quality of standardized training of general practitioners.There was a shortage of general practitioners,and the construction of teaching staff in general practice faced many problems and challenges.Conclusion General practitioner trainers in Guangxi is generally weak and lack of formal training.It is necessary to scientifically formulate general practitioner selection conditions and training assessment plans,and to take various measures to improve the quality of general practitioner trainers,so as to provide the basis for the connotation construction of general practitioner trainers,and for the continuing education in underdeveloped areas.
