Research status of mental health stigma of residents and its interventions

Abstract：Residents in the modern medical system face high work pressure and psychological burden,making them susceptible to mental health problems.However,stigma surrounding mental health issues within the medical profession hinders residents from seeking help,worsening their mental health.By summarizing and analyzing the existing literature,this paper aims to understand the current situation of residents'mental health problems,analyze the causes of residents'mental health stigma,arouse people's attention to residents'mental health stigma,and put forward feasible suggestions,hoping to effectively improve residents'mental health status and further improve the quality and level of medical services.
