Abstract：The clinical molecular biology is abstract,the operation steps are relatively complex,and the residents in the standardized training process of laboratory medicine have different educational backgrounds and clinical work backgrounds.This hospital explored targeted training plans and training objectives to carry out stratified training model,established a clinical molecular biology examination question bank for assessment of residents,and used a diversified evaluation system to evaluate the training effect.This training model has achieved good results in the standardized training of residents,and provides a new idea for improving the quality of standardized training of laboratory physicians.
