Abstract:Along with an upsurge in the National Fitness Campaign,the participants and types of sports are increasing rapidly,resulting in the growing morbidity and types of sports related injuries.Sports medicine,a new emerging clinical discipline,has also developed rapidly recently.As a discipline of standardized training of orthopedic residents,both the minimally invasive thinking and arthroscopic ability are the cores of clinical managements in sports medicine.During the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of sports medicine,establishing a complete system of minimally invasive thinking and mastering endoscopic operational ability through the clinical practice under the guidance are the core of the training for the orthopedic residents.This study summarized the experience of standardized training of orthopedic residents at a sports medicine center base.
