Abstract：Standardized residency training is recognized by the international medical community as the only way to cultivate qualified clinical physicians.After active exploration,the standardized residency training system was fully implemented nationwide in 2013,and it has been 10 years since then.Standing at this important historical node,this article systematically reviews the development process and main achievements of standardized residency training in Guangdong Province,considers and analyzes the current situation and shortcomings,and proposes strategic suggestions to promote the high-quality development of residency training in Guangdong Province.
