Review and reflection on the decade of standardized residency training in China

Abstract：It has been a decade since the end of 2013 when the standardized residency training system began in China.This paper comprehensively reviews and summarizes the accomplishments of residential training in China in the past 10 years,and puts forward ideas and measures for the next stage.
