Application of simulation-based education combined with feedback video in ultrasonic intervention training

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of simulation teaching combined with feedback video in standardized residency training of ultrasound intervention.Methods 24 residents in the Ultrasound Department were enrolled and divided into two groups at random,with ultrasound interventional operation as the teaching content.The experimental group received simulation teaching combined with video feedback,while the control group received traditional teaching.The teaching results and the satisfaction questionnaire with teaching of the two groups of residents were analyzed and compared.Results After the training,the theoretical scores and skills of the two groups were improved,and the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire showed that the experimental group had significant improvement on the learning ability,clinical thinking ability,operation ability and self-confidence.Conclusion Simulation teaching combined with video feedback can effectively improve the effect of interventional ultrasound teaching and the enthusiasm of the residents,which is worthy of promotion and application.
