Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of 360-degree evaluation in the annual assessment of standardized training for resident physicians,so as to evaluate the effect of standardized training for resident physicians in clinical pathology department.Methods By learning and referring to the experience of applying 360-degree evaluation in other disciplines and combining the actual situation of clinical pathology,we developed the scale suitable for the assessment of residents in clinical pathology department and applied it to the annual assessment of residents.According to the evaluation results,it was suggested that the training base needed to improve teaching methods and collect feedback information and suggestions.Results The 360-degree evaluation more comprehensively reflected the learning and working effects of residents in clinical pathology in the annual assessment of residents.It was operable and had a certain guiding role for continuous improvement of teaching methods.Conclusion Compared with the traditional skill examination form,360-degree evaluation emphasizes the overall inspection and evaluation of residents by different job-related subjects,and the evaluation results are more objective,scientific and comprehensive.It is helpful to continuously improve the post competency of residents by combining the 360-degree evaluation with targeted teaching improvement.
