Abstract：Ideological and political education is the core content of talent cultivation in China.Standardized training of psychiatry residents is an important way to develop the mental health talent team.The organic integration of the two ways is not only the inevitable trend of standardized training teaching of residents,but also lays a good foundation for the training of competent psychiatrists with both ability and morality.The article aims to explore the importance and methods of ideological and political education in the standardized training teaching process of psychiatry residents,and provide new ideas for future ideological and political education in psychiatry.
