Design and practice of the dermatopathology teaching program for residents

Abstract：Dermatopathology training is a crucial aspect of the education and training of dermatology and venereology residents.This study designed a comprehensive pathology teaching program specifically for dermatology residents,based on an analysis of the teaching syllabus requirements and trainee characteristics.Our teaching plan was divided into three stages:pre-pathology room teaching preparation,pathology room teaching,and post-department guidance.Each stage was designed with specific,feasible and effective teaching steps.Over the course of seven years,we had actively shared our teaching experience with peers and continuously refined our program through practical application.Through this study,we hope to contribute to the improvement of dermatopathology training programs for dermatology and venereology residents.
