Improving molecular pathology technical proficiency of trainees from primary-level medical institutions:teaching practices and explorations

Abstract：Influenced by the concept of precision medicine and the demand for personalized treatment, precise pathological diagnosis has entered the molecular pathology era. Due to various subjective and objective factors, most basic-level pathology departments in China have not reached the level of molecular pathology diagnosis. Since the technical level of trainees in grassroots hospitals is relatively low, we have proposed relevant teaching practices and explored ways to improve their molecular pathology skills within limited training periods and apply them.
