Abstract:Objective To explore the clinicopathological features of lymph node metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its relationship with the expression levels of β-amyloid precursor protein binding protein 2(APPBP2),myristoylated alanine-rich C kinase substrate-like protein 1(MARCKSL1),and Liver kinase B1(LKB1)in tissues. Methods A total of 548 patients with NSCLC admitted to the Shandong Provincial Third Hospital and Shandong Health Zaozhuang Central Hospital from January 2021 to October 2024 were enrolled as the research subjects. Results Central tumor location, solid tumor component, larger primary tumor diameter, and higher mRNA expression levels of APPBP2 and MARCKSL1 were identified as risk factors for lymph node metastasis in patients with NSCLC.Positive expression of LKB1 was a protective factor against lymph node metastasis in patients with NSCLC(P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of lymph node metastasis in patients with NSCLC include central tumor location, solid tumor component, larger primary tumor diameter, higher mRNA expression levels of APPBP2 and MARCKSL1,and positive expression of LKB1.
