Methods: A retrospective analysis of one case of appendiceal goblet cell adenocarcinoma presenting as a huge pelvic and abdominal tumor was conducted, combined with literature analysis to investigate its clinical pathological features, imaging findings, histological morphology, and immunohistochemical expression. Immunohistochemical results: CK7(-), CK20(+), CDX-2(+), Vimentin(+), CEA(+), CD56, Syn, CgA (partially +), AB-PAS(+).
