Expression of CRM1,Ki-67 and P53 in gastric cancer and their clinical significance

Abstract：Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of Chromosomal region maintenance 1(CRM1),Ki-67 及 P53 in gastric cancer.Methods The expressions of CRM1,Ki-67 and P53 was detected by immunohistochemistry staining in 75 cases of gastric cancer tissues and tumor-adjacent normal tissues.The relationship of CRM1,Ki-67 and P53 expressions with the clinicopathological characteristics and survival rate in the patients of gastric cancer was explored.The correlation between the expressions of CRM1,Ki-67 and P53 in gastric cancer tissues was analyzed.Results The expression of CRM 1,Ki-67 and P53 showed significant differences between gastric cancer tissues and tumor-adjacent tissues(P＜0.05).The expression of CRM1 was closely related to the tumor diameter、degree of invasion,lymph node metastasis and nerve invasion of gastric cancer(P＜0.05).The expression of Ki-67 was closely related to the age、degree of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer(P＜0.05);The expression of P53 was closely related to lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer(P＜0.05).CRM1,Ki-67,P53,histopathological staging and vascular tumor thrombus were independent prognostic factors.Besides,there was a positive correlation among the expression of CRM 1,Ki-67 and P53 in gastric cancer tissues.Conclusion CRM1,Ki-67 and Mutant P53 are highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues,which may be related to the poor prognosis of the patients with gastric cancer.CRM1,Ki-67 and P53 may promote the progression of gastric cancer and can be considered as the potential targets for the treatment of gastric cancer.
