Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of BPBC with different MammaPrint scores. Methods Clinicopathological data of BPBC with different MammaPrint scores were collected and analyzed by H&E staining, immunohistochemistry, special staining and MammaPrint. Results Under the microscope, the tumor cells were arranged into solid nests and glandular tubes, accompanied by the formation of ductal carcinoma in situ. The tumor cells have obvious atypia, irregular nuclei, and easy to see mitotic images.ER,PR,AR,HER2,P120,E-Cadherin and GATA3 were expressed in tumour, while EGFR,P63,CK5/6 and Syn were not expressed. The Ki-67 was 40%and 10%,respectively.FISH Results showed that HER2 amplification was not observed on both sides. Results of MammaPrint test:Recurrence risk is high on the left and low on the right. Conclusion BPBC is relatively rare in clinical practice, and BPBC with different MammaPrint scores is rarer, and the prognosis is poor.In-depth study of its clinicopathological features and molecules will not only help to improve the clinician's understanding of the tumor, avoid misdiagnosis, but also helps to guide treatment and improve prognosis.
