Immunohistochemical CK and elastic fiber double staining in the clinical application value of serosal invasion of gastric adenocarcinoma

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical value of immunohistochemical CK and elastic fiber double staining in serosal invasion of gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods 120 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma were selected and the serous membrane invasion was observed by HE staining,elastic fiber staining and immunohistochemical CK staining.Results The positive proportion of serous membrane invasion by HE staining was 25.8%,the positive proportion of single elastic fiber staining was 43.3%,and the positive proportion of double staining with elastic fiber staining and immunohistochemical CK staining was 65.0%.The differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Immunohistochemical CK and elastic fiber staining can clearly show the location of tumor and serosa,so as to improve the detection rate of tumor invasion of serosa,and provide an important reference for clinical treatment.
