Abstract:Uterine tumor sresembling ovariansex cord tumors(UTROSCT)is a very rare uterine idiopathic interstitial tumor with morphological characteristics similar to ovarian sex cord tumors and multidirectional immunophenotype. In the 2020 WHO classification of female reproductive tumors,UTROSCT is defined as uterine tumors lacking endometrial stromal components and resembling ovarian sex cord stromal tumors(ICD-0 8590/1),and its molecular genetic manifestations are often accompanied by ESR1 and GREB1 rearrangements. At present, there are relatively few reports of UTROSCT-related cases at home and abroad, and pathologists and gynecologists do not have a deep understanding of related concepts, which leads to confusion in the diagnosis and treatment process.Based on the latest foreign literature, this study summarizes the research progress in the fields of clinicopathological examination methods and auxiliary examination methods of UTROSCT,aiming to strengthen and improve the understanding of this type of tumor, avoid excessive diagnosis and treatment, and improve the quality of life of patients.
