Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between driver mutation status and clinicopathological features of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Ten driver gene mutations in 415 NSCLC tumor tissues were detected by ADx-ARMS.Results The mutation rates of EGFR,KRAS,HER2,MET,BRAF,PIK3CA and NRAS in 415 NSCLC patients were 50.84%,13.01%,1.93%,1.69%,1.45%,0.96%and 0.24%,respectively.The fusion mutation rates of ALK,RET and ROS1 were 4.34%,1.69%and 1.20%,respectively.EGFR mutations were more common in female TTF-1-positive adenocarcinoma patients(P<0.05).KRAS mutation was more common in male TTF-1 positive patients(P<0.05).ALK fusion was more common in female NSCLC patients under 60 years old(P<0.05).Mutations in EGFR,KRAS and HER2 were correlated with specimen type(P<0.05).Conclusion In NSCLC,EGFR and KRAS mutations are correlated with sex,TTF-1 expression and specimen type;EGFR mutation is also correlated with histological type,ALK fusion is correlated with age and sex,HER2 mutation is correlated with specimen type, and other low-frequency mutated driver genes are not correlated with clinicopathological features.Attention should be paid to the existence of different gene mutations in different lesions.
