Expression of miR-200b and miR-200c in triple negative breast cancer and their significance

Abstract：Purpose To study the expression and significance of miR-200c and miR-200b in triple negative breast cancer.Methods The miRNAs of triple-negative,Lunimal A breast cancer and normal breast were extracted respectively,and the expression of miR-200b and miR-200c was detected by real-time PCR.The related literature were reviewed.Results The expression of miR-200b was reduced in Luminal A and triple-negative breast cancer (P ＜0.05).The expression of miR-200c was reduced in triple-negative breast cancer (P ＜ 0.05),and no change was noted in Lunimal A breast cancer (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion miR-200b and miR-200c may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of triple negative breast cancer,in which miR-200c plays a main role.
