Abstract：Objective To investigate the expression and significance of c-myc and Ki-67 in extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type (ENKTL).Methods The expression of c-myc and Ki-67 was detected in 28 cases of ENKTL by immunohistochemical staining.The relationship was analyzed between c-myc and Ki-67.Results Among the 28 cases,57％ were c-myc positive and the Ki-67 index ranged from 10％ to 70％,and there was a positive correlation between c-myc and Ki-67 (r =0.555,P ＜0.01).The overall survival and progression free survival were lower in the c-myc positive group(HR=2.589,P＜0.01),and Ki-67 positive group(HR=3.450,P＜0.05).Conclusions c-myc may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of ENKTL via promote cell proliferation.c-myc and Ki-67 may help to predict patients'survival and prognosis.
