Medical ethics teaching in the pathological residency training program

Abstract：Residency training program has been started across the country as part of the new healthcare reform.As the residency training base in Beijing,the Department of Pathology of Chinese PLA General Hospital has accumulated rich experience in professional training.Medical ethics has important function in the clinicopathological diagnosing work.And we made an attempt at teaching medical ethics on clinical pathology to the residents through intensive classes and one-onone tutor system,by which we expect to develop morality of pathological residents,improve their ability to deal with the complicated medical environment,and provide reference for constructing a perfect residency training system of clinical pathology.
