Abstract:Objective This study aimed to analyze the effect of focused ultrasound combined with ozone therapy on inflammatory cervical erosion-like changes due to cervical ectropion.Method 200 patients with inflammatory cervical erosion like changes admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2025 were selected for the study.Using random number table method,we divided the patients into a control group and a study group, with 100 cases in each group, and received conventional microwave therapy and focused ultrasound and oxygen therapy, respectively. We compared the treatment effects and inflammatory indicators(IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP)between two groups, and followed up patients to record their re-pregnancy status, delivery outcomes, and quality of life. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory response indicators in the study group was remarkably lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The re-pregnancy rate of the research group was notably higher the control group, and the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes was markedly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the research group wassignificantly improved compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of focused ultrasound and ozone therapy showed promising results for inflammatory cervical ectropion, effectively reducing inflammation, increasing subsequent pregnancy success rates, and promoting favorable delivery outcomes and quality of life, thereby constituting a valuable therapeutic strategy for clinical reference.
