Abstract:Objective This study aimed to explore the clinical application of high-frequency electricity combined with cryotherapy and oxygen support in the treatment of endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods Patients with bronchial tuberculosis in the hospital were included from January 2021 to November 2025.Eventually,a total of 70 patients were enrolled. The grouping method was the random number table method, and two groups were set up,with 35 cases in each groupThe control group received conventional anti tuberculosis drugs combined with high-frequency electricity and cryotherapy, while the observation group received oxygen support therapy in addition to the control group. The clinical efficacy of both groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the two treatment groups was compared, and the observation group had asignificant higher rate(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the observation group had a shorter relief time for symptoms such as sputum, cough, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and hemoptysis(P<0.05);After treatment, all lung function indicators in both groups of patients improved compared to before, with superior improvement in the observation group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions between groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of endobronchial tuberculosis, the combination of high-frequency electricity and cryotherapy with oxygen support demonstrated both favorable efficacy and high safety.
