Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation device combined with rehabilitation nursing in stroke rehibilitation. Methods A clinical nursing study was conducted on 90 patients(from February 2021 to May 2025).After random grouping, different nursing measures were combined(control group/observation group,45/45 cases)to evaluate the effects of conventional nursing(control group)and transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation nursing(observation group)on the neurological function, limb function, living ability and quality of life of the patients.Result Before nursing, the observation group and the control group compared the upper and lower limbs with National Institutions of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA).There was no significant difference in the scores of Basic Activities of Daily Living Scale(BADL)and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale(WHO-QOL)(P>0.05).The NIHSS score decreased after nursing, and compared with the control group, the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).The scores of FMA(upper and lower limbs)were improved after nursing, and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).BADL score was improved after nursing, and compared with the control group, the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05),and the WHO-QOL score was improved after nursing, and the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The transcranial magnetic stimulation device combined with rehabilitation nursing has demonstrated a marked clinical effect on stroke patients. It has notably improved the neurological and limb functions of the patients, further restored their basic living ability, and resulted in higher overall quality of life scores, which is worthy of broader promotion and clinical adoption.
