Effect of red light irradiation therapeutic apparatus combined with rehabilitation nursing on psychological resilience,self-efficacy and blood glucose level of patients with diabetic foot

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of red light irradiation therapeutic apparatus combined with rehabilitation nursing on the psychological resilience,self-efficacy and blood glucose level of patients with diabetic foot.Methods A total of 78 patients with diabetic foot who were admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to December 2024 were included and randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing,39 cases)and the observation group(red light irradiation therapeutic apparatus+rehabilitation nursing,39 cases)by flipping a coin.The changes in psychological resilience,self-efficacy and blood glucose level of the patients in the two groups before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed.Results After the intervention,the psychological resilience scores and self-efficacy of both groups of patients showed an upward trend,but the observation group showed a greater improvement(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of various dimensions of blood glucose(glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose)in both groups of patients were lower than those before the intervention,and the comparison between the two groups showed that the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Red light irradiation therapeutic apparatus combined with rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the psychological resilience and self-efficacy of patients with diabetic foot and control blood glucose level.
