Problems and countermeasures in the management of medical high-value consumables

Abstract：Objective To explore the existing problems in the management of medical high-value consumables,and to find effective solutions to promote the standardized management of high-value consumables.Methods By conducting research and analysis on the problems existing in the traceability management,information management,secondary warehouse management of departments,and rational use of high-value consumables,the problems in the management of high-value consumables were solved by adopting measures such as"zero inventory"management,full-process information management,development of secondary warehouse management module for departments,and strengthening of rational supervision.Results The combined application of multiple management models could save medical costs and make the use of high-value consumables in hospitals more reasonable and standardized.Conclusion It provides new ideas and solutions for the scientific management of high-value consumables in hospitals.
