Abstract:Objective This study presents an integrated approach combining precise temperature control and heat recovery to address the heat accumulation during the operation of medical molecular sieve oxygen generators. Methods By systematically analyzing the operational principles and heat generation mechanisms of the oxygen generator,a temperature regulation system based on intelligent control algorithms was developed, and a multi-level heat recovery apparatus was innovatively constructed. Results The experimental findings demonstrated that the proposed system effectively maintained the ambient temperature of the equipment room within an optimal range of(25±10)℃.Taking two medical molecular sieve oxygen generators with an oxygen production capacity of 30 Nm3/h as a case study, the recovered thermal energy was sufficient to satisfy the heating needs of an area of at least 200 m2,achieving an energy-saving efficiency exceeding 25%.Conclusion This study provides a reference solution that is both theoretically valuable and practically significant for medical institutions to optimize energy management and promote energy conservation and emission reduction.
