Abstract:Medical gas systems such as central oxygen supply and negative pressure suction are key infrastructure for the stable operation of core diagnostic and treatment scenarios such as surgical anesthesia and intensive care in hospitals.Patients undergoing general anesthesia need a stable oxygen source to maintain respiration. The ICU relies on a negative pressure system to clear respiratory secretions. The traditional manual scheduled inspection and paper recording mode have obvious defects, often missing key data, and abnormal situations are also delayed in response due to hierarchical reporting, making it difficult to meet clinical requirements for gas stability and cleanliness. In order to break through the limitations of manual labor,a three-level maintenance system of"daily basic inspection-inspection link verification-preventive risk prediction"has emerged, and the integration of intelligent monitoring technology has become the core of improving management efficiency. This article takes the practice of the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University as a reference, sorts out the three-level maintenance operation norms and core parameters, disassembles the integration path of intelligent monitoring in various levels of maintenance, and provides reference for medical institutions to build safety management plans for medical gas systems, helping to reduce the risk of faults and ensure the safety of diagnosis and treatment.
