Abstract:With the deep penetration of IoT technology in the medical field, medical gas systems(including medical molecular sieve oxygen production systems, medical compressed air systems, medical vacuum negative pressure systems, medical gas alarm systems, medical gas manifolds, etc.)are gradually upgrading from traditional on-site monitoring to remote intelligent monitoring, significantly improving equipment operation and maintenance efficiency and clinical response speed. However, the industry's tendency to prioritize functional promotion over security design has highlighted the risks of network and functional security. This article takes the medical gas remote monitoring system as an example, and based on regulations and standards such as the"Guideline for Technical Review of Medical Device Cybersecurity Registration",systematically disassembles the core security risks of the equipment side, transmission side, cloud and application layer. From the four dimensions of production enterprises, evaluation agencies, regulatory agencies and medical users,it proposes full lifecycle security governance suggestions to promote the standardized and secure development of remote monitoring functions for medical gas systems.
