Application of management mode based on feedforward control theory in clinical ventilator equipment management

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application value of management mode based on feedforward control theory in clinical ventilator equipment management.Methods:Forty ventilators from Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University(Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital)were selected as the research subjects.The equipment failure rate was investigated before(June 2024 to December 2024)and after(January 2025 to June 2025)the implementation of the management mode based on feedforward control theory,and 20 medical staff members of the same batch were included before and after the implementation to evaluate the quality of equipment maintenance and clinical satisfaction.Results:After implementation,the equipment failure rate significantly decreased compared to before implementation(P<0.05).After implementation,the equipment maintenance quality score significantly improved compared to before implementation(P<0.05).The satisfaction level significantly increased after implementation compared to before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the management mode based on feedforward control theory in clinical ventilator equipment management can reduce equipment failure rate and improve equipment maintenance quality and satisfaction.
