Abstract:Objective:To observe the application effect of stratified nutritional support combined with hyperbaric oxygen in patients with post-stroke dysphagia. Methods:A total of 66 patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method. Both groups were given hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The observation group received stratified nutritional support, while the control group received conventional nutritional support. The indicators such as hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(ALB),transferrin(TF),Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS-2002)score,Functional Oral Intake Scale(FOIS)score,Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)score, and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the levels of Hb,ALB,and TF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the NRS-2002 and SSA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the FOIS score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stratified nutritional support combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce nutritional risk, enhance oral feeding ability, and promote the recovery of swallowing function and immune function.
