Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods:Ninety patients with ischemic stroke admitted from January 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. The treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, while the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment. The changes in neurological deficit score(NIHSS),quality of life score(SF-36),and hemorheological indicators were observed in the two groups before and after treatment, and statistical analysis was conducted. Results:After treatment, the NIHSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the SF-36 score was better than that of the control group in terms of physiological and social functions(P<0.05),and the improvement of hemorheological indicators(whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity)was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly improve the neurological function and quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke, and has good clinical application value.
