Abstract：The research object of this paper aims to solve the hardware resource issues corresponding to the verification items in the product standards.Due to the particularity of the industry and product category,there are no directly purchasable applicable equipment on the market.Therefore,by studying the standards,understanding the requirements,and conducting technical breakthroughs on key points,the design and manufacturing of the entire equipment are completed,meeting our own needs while providing testing equipment and technical services to domestic authoritative inspection and testing institutions.In the design,the focus is on breaking through the rapid response of the actuator and the high sampling frequency of the data acquisition system.In the manufacturing,the equipment characteristics are studied mainly from the aspects of material selection and safety protection.The equipment fills the gap in the industry and realizes the safety verification of high-risk technical parameters of the product.
