Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of refined volume management combined with oxygen-driven atomization inhalation on blood gas analysis in patients with acute heart failure. Methods:Convenience sampling was adopted to conduct a randomized controlled design study.A total of 86 patients with acute heart failure admitted from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected as study objects and divided into study group and control group by random number method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received oxygen-driven atomization inhalation, and the study group adopted refined volume management combined with oxygen-driven atomization inhalation. The blood gas indexes, cardiac function, volume reduction and target achievement rate were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:Before intervention, there were no significant differences in blood gas indexes and cardiac function between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the pH value,SaO2 and PaO2 in blood gas analysis of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the PaCO2 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,NT-proBNP,SV and LVEF were significantly higher than those in the control group, while HR was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The volume reduction and target achievement rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with acute heart failure by refined volume combined with oxygen-driven atomization inhalation can improve blood gas analysis, balance the volume, reduce the cardiac load, and restore the normal physiological function of the heart.
